Flooring, Carpet And Tile
We have a dedicated carpet installation crew whose sole jobs are to remove your old carpet and trim and install new carpet and trim in any room of your house. We also have experienced employees who tackle tile and hardwood floor installs for the island. Tile can crack and chip, or the grout can break up over time and it just doesn't look appealing anymore and carpet can lose it's color and shape after years of wear and tear. Even if you don't paint a room, a new carpet or hardwood/vinyl floor will make it look and feel like a completely new room.
Fencing & Decks
A good quality fence can last anywhere between 20 and 50 years depnding on what material was used, if it was installed correctly, and what the weather has done to it over time. Basically, if the fence is older than you, it might be time for it to be replaced. But it doesn't need to be falling apart to be replaced. Maybe you want a chnage of style, more privacy from a taller fence, or you want a fence to keep the dog from jumping over. And if your backyard feels like it's missing something, we can design and build a custom deck to provide a nice space to relax or have company.
Paintng, Staining, and Siding
We handle all types of painting whether it be residential or commercial, interior or exterior painting, cabinets or fence staining. We only use the best paints for inside and outside your home. A good quality paint on the exterior of your home can prevent wood siding from rotting and add an extra layer of protection from the elements while keeping out insects, dust, and moisture. We also install and replace siding.
Driveways, Patios, & Walkways
There are three options you has as a homeowner for driveway replacement options: asphalt driveways, concrete driveways, and a paver driveway. Asphalt is by far the most affordable option and most resistant to cracking but only lasts 20 years, while a conrete driveway can cost up to twice a smuch as an asphalt driveway, it can last up to 50 years with proper maintenance. Paver driveways are made with cobblestones or stone pavers but can be alomst double the cost of concrete. But it's easy to replace because if any pavers crack, you just replace the block!
